​This is a 1x per week, 8 week program that run every Saturday morning from January 3rd, until February 21st. We will work on improving mechanics, building arm strength, throwing bullpens, performing arm care exercises, and developing our pitching skills during our sessions.

This program is for pitchers AND position players age 8+
